Right of return
Do you no longer like a product? Does the product look completely different in your home?
With us, you can return a product within 14 days of receiving it and you will receive a mutoni.ch voucher (minus the postage costs for delivery).
Would you like to register a return? This is how it works:
- Please first register your return using the online form below.
- You will then be contacted by our customer service team within 3 working days to discuss the next steps as quickly as possible.
- Return shipment at the expense of the buyer. Please wait for us to contact you for the return!
Guidelines:
- The product is as good as new and in original packaging (transportable).
- The date of receipt of the item counts for the return period.
- Credit note: mutoni.ch does not refund money, but issues a voucher for the purchase amount (minus postage costs). No credit note can be issued without prior registration.
- The right of return is only valid for products off the shelf: customised products and special formats (e.g. furniture that can be put together individually) cannot be exchanged.
