Delivery & dispatch

Where can I find the delivery time for my product?

You can find the delivery time* in the product detail view directly below the price.

*The delivery times include the dispatch time of 1-6 working days. Depending on the shipping method, the shipping time may vary (courier or post 1-6 working days, with appointment for delivery 7 days, delivery and assembly on appointment approx. 1-14 days)

What does the addition "This product is available in our showroom" mean?

This addition indicates that this product is available in one of our warehouses and/or in our showroom in Kirchberg (BE). Whether an item is on display or immediately available from stock can be found in the product details by clicking on the product. When searching for products, also pay attention to the following information:

Please note: For orders with multiple items, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time. Depending on the order, we also offer partial delivery.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs vary from item to item. Due to the different sizes and weights of our products, we cannot provide a flat rate for shipping costs.

The delivery costs are displayed in your shopping cart, so you always have an overview of the costs incurred.

Which shipping methods does mutoni.ch offer?

In principle, we offer different shipping methods for the products. These depend on the product ordered:

  • Delivery to kerbside by courier
  • Premium without assembly Delivery from kerbside to the apartment/house - no assembly or installation (costs for transport from kerbside to apartment/house are paid in cash on site - price list)
  • Premium with assembly Delivery from kerbside to the apartment/house - with assembly or installation (costs for transport from kerbside to apartment/house & assembly are paid in cash on site - price list)
  • Service Click & Collect collection from our showroom in 3422 Kirchberg / BE

*Premium delivery is offered in your shopping basket for all items that exceed a weight of 50kg.

Why are not all delivery options displayed in my shopping basket?

Premium delivery with or without assembly is only offered for items over 50kg. In addition, there are some items that do not require assembly and therefore no assembly is mentioned in the checkout process.

What exactly does "delivery to kerbside by courier" mean?

"Delivery to kerbside by courier" refers to the dispatch of goods by a service provider who brings the goods to your house or flat. The goods are unloaded there. You are responsible for transporting the goods to the designated location within your house or flat.

What does the "mutoni Premium Service" include?

You can select the Premium Service in your shopping basket. This type of delivery includes extras that relate to your wishes. Such a delivery & Assembly includes additional services:

  • Delivery on a fixed date
  • Delivery to your home - surcharge from 4th floor: CHF 80
  • Furniture assembly - additional costs per fitter CHF 80 per hour
  • Disposal of packing material
  • Disposal of old furniture for an additional charge

Which regions are supplied by mutoni.ch?

Our products are delivered throughout Switzerland and Lichtenstein. Shipping to other countries should be discussed with us in advance. You are welcome to send us an enquiry.

Payment method

What payment methods does mutoni.ch offer?

At mutoni.ch you can choose from 8 different payment methods. Depending on your interests, goods and services can be paid for in advance or after the purchase.

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Purchase on account with PowerPay
  • PostFinance Card
  • PostFinance e-finance
  • Credit/debit card
  • TWINT
  • Prepayment
  • Paypal
  • WIR for companies

If you decide to purchase on account, we offer attractive instalment payment options with POWERPAY. You can find all further details in our terms and conditions.

Why are not all payment methods displayed?

Some payment providers have specifications that cause the system to exclude one or more payment methods for certain goods and products. These are often specifications regarding the amount to be paid.

Where can I find the bank details if I want to pay for goods in advance?

If you want to purchase a product with the payment method "prepayment", you will find the account information in the course of your order confirmation. If you have made a mistake here, you can transfer the amount to be paid to the following account, stating your order number:

Return & Cancellation

How can I return purchased items?

If you are not satisfied with the item, you naturally have the option of exchanging it. If you return the item within 14 days, you will receive a credit note in the form of a voucher for the amount of the product purchased. To do this, please complete the form on the returns policy page.

Our customer service will then take care of your request and will contact you within 3 working days.

I have received a defective, incorrect or incomplete product, what can I do?

In rare cases, problems may occur during delivery or during the fulfilment process. If a problem occurs with your purchase, please inform us immediately. Please complete the form on the Defective product page.

Our customer service will contact you within 3 working days to find a customised solution for you.

I would like to cancel my order within 24 hours, what is the procedure?

If you decide against your purchase at short notice, you can cancel it free of charge within the first 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. To do this, however, you must send a written cancellation by registered mail:

How do you know if an item is in the exhibition?

As we only have limited space within our exhibition in Kirchberg, we always have to use it for other purposes.

For this reason, we mark items in the exhibition. You can find out whether an item is on display in Kirchberg by clicking on your desired product in the product details. You will also find information on the location of the product in the price display.

How do I find the exhibition in Kirchberg?

We would be happy to welcome you personally and advise you on site.

The best way to reach us is via the A1 motorway from Bern or Zurich.

Take the "Kirchberg" exit.

If you wish to travel by bus, you can take the 467 bus from Burgdorf railway station in the direction of Aefligen and get off at the Neuhof Süd stop directly in front of our entrance to take a look at our exhibition.
