Returning a defective product (& incorrect or incomplete product)

Thank you for purchasing from mutoni. We hope you enjoy our products. mutoni.ch does everything in its power to supply you with faultless products.However, should something not be in order, we would ask you to proceed as follows:

When are you entitled to a guarantee?

Upon receipt of a defective item - report within 3 days of receipt of the item
If you receive an incorrect/incomplete item - report within 3 days of receiving the item
For product defects during the warranty period

Would you like to register a return? This is how it works:

Please first register the return using the online form below.(The registration date of the online form after receipt of the items counts for the registration period of 3 days).
You will then be contacted by our customer service team within 3 working days to discuss the next steps with you as quickly as possible.
Return shipping: In general, the transport costs are borne by the buyer. Please wait for us to contact you to discuss a possible individual solution.
After successful receipt in our warehouse, the new item will be dispatched to you as soon as possible or will be ready for collection.

As a rule, we check whether the corresponding spare parts are available and send them to you as quickly as possible. If this is not possible, the item will be replaced in its entirety. If this is also not possible (item is sold out), the purchase price will be refunded.

Please pack the goods in transportable packaging so that they can be returned without further damage.
