With us you can return a product within 14 days of receipt of the goods and You will receive a mutoni.ch voucher (minus postage costs for delivery).

- Returns are at the expense of the buyer. Please wait for us to contact you before returning the goods!

- The product is as good as new and in its original packaging (transportable)
- The date of receipt of the item counts for the return period
- Credit note: mutoni.ch does not refund money, but issues a voucher for the purchase amount (minus postage costs). No credit note can be issued without prior registration.
- The right of return is only valid for products off the shelf: customised products, special formats (e.g. customisable furniture) cannot be exchanged.
