You no longer like a product? The product looks completely different in your home than you intended
With us you can return a product within 14 days of receipt of the goods and You will receive a mutoni.ch voucher (minus postage costs for delivery).
Would you like to register a return? This is how it works:

- You will then be contacted by our customer service within 3 working days to discuss the next steps as quickly as possible.
- Returns are at the expense of the buyer. Please wait for us to contact you before returning the goods!
Guidelines:
- The product is as good as new and in its original packaging (transportable)
- The date of receipt of the item counts for the return period
- Credit note: mutoni.ch does not refund money, but issues a voucher for the purchase amount (minus postage costs). No credit note can be issued without prior registration.
