EDGY Recamiere
EDGY - unadapted and customised. EDGY was created from the desire to combine flexibility and simplicity with outstanding comfort. With its constructive, clear design language and variability, EDGY stands for a free, informal and avant-garde attitude to life. Yet EDGY is not as angular as the name might suggest. Rounded corners, gentle volume and soft velour meet a masterfully crafted cassette stitching that adapts perfectly to the body thanks to the high-quality foam structure. The backrests can be covered independently of the seat module in terms of texture and upholstery. This creates individual and unique sofa combinations. The EDGY modular sofa programme consists of 11 basic modules and matching backrest modules. The seat and backrests are consistently designed in a 40 x 40 cm grid and emphasise the modular concept: connecting the seat elements with the backrests results in an almost infinite number of possible combinations. The backrests can be set off from the body in different covers.
Whether it's a small sofa or a huge extension unit, anything is possible with these basic modules. Thanks to the all-round perforated grid, the backrest elements can be flexibly attached to all four sides of the carcass in a Tetris style. Depending on the room situation, symmetrical sofas, recamier sofas, U-shaped and corner solutions can be created in a 40 cm grid. What's more, EDGY can also be altered, extended or reduced in size at a later date! For spontaneous overnight guests, the TO109 mattress topper also fits on the basic module V or TD. It can be passed under the backrests and fixed to the corners of the module.
