Proceed to checkout and enter your address

Click on "Checkout" in the cart. Check your current residential address so that we can verify whether we can find you at the given address.

Select HeyLight as your payment method

Choose "HeyLight – installment payment (0% interest)" if you want to spread your payment over several months.

Complete your order and redirect to HeyLight

Click on "Place order with obligation to pay." You will be redirected to HeyLight's payment page, where you can complete your installment purchase using your smartphone.

Online identification

First, enter your phone number to receive a verification code. Then, choose how you want to pay your monthly installments: either by credit or debit card, or by opting to receive a monthly invoice and pay it manually. In the next step, confirm your identity (e.g., with a passport or ID card). This process usually takes only a few minutes.

First installment and order confirmation

After successful identity verification, the first installment will be charged immediately if you chose credit or debit card payment. If you opted for the invoice method, you will receive an email with the corresponding invoice, which you can conveniently pay within the given deadline. In both cases, you will promptly receive an order confirmation, ensuring that your purchase is successfully completed.

Requirements for 0% financing

Age: between 18 and 75 years Place of residence: in Switzerland (excluding Liechtenstein)

Nationality/Residence permit: Swiss citizen or valid B or C permit for at least 1 year

Order value: between 450 CHF and 10,000 CHF (incl. VAT)

Private individual: The billing address must belong to a private individual (companies are excluded).

Credit check: Successful creditworthiness check before completing the order
